I just spent the morning catching up on some shows on VBS and was really pleased to see they have a new arts show, the imaginatively titled Arts Talk! In their first episode VBS catch up with artist Richard Prince who is pretty successful in the art world but I only knew of him from the great album cover he created for Sonic Nurse. He is one hell of an interesting character and has created one of the coolest studio spaces I’ve ever seen, out in the middle of nowhere. I guess it’s much easier to get some work done when you can’t leave the house due to ice storms and the only local amenities are one diner that opens for only half the week. Any way go check it out!
